Home Watch Whidbey (HWW) is a division of Whidbey, LLC which owns and manages its own residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties on Whidbey Island including the "crown jewel" of our local property portfolio; Double Bluff Beach Club.
For many years we were asked about and saw a need on Whidbey for a professional home watch and home maintenance service for second home homeowners. We could not find one so after much consideration, consulting, and planning, we decided to leverage our unique experience in property development, ownership, and management, our robust business systems, and network of local vendors and contractors together to now offer Home Watch Whidbey to our community.

Paul Tschetter
Paul Tschetter is the owner and General Manager of Whidbey, LLC. As a native to Western Washington, Paul spent most of his life visiting Whidbey Island before moving here with his family full time in 2009. He lives in the Useless Bay neighborhood and his office is located at the Langley Airport off Crawford Road. In his free time, Paul spends many windy days on the water kiteboarding and on calms days enjoys playing pickleball. Ask him about either sport as he loves talking about both and may even invite you to join him!
Julie Robbins
Julie moved to Whidbey Island 30 years ago with her husband Scott to raise their two girls. Julie loves Whidbey Island, being active, cooking and being a part of our great community. She has worked in management in recent years for several amazing local business including Whidbey Ice cream and Rocket Taco. We are lucky to have her on our Home Watch Whidbey team!
